Stephen Moore Farm Machinery is totally committed to customer and machine service.

Sam Wallace is the Service Manager in the Workshop. He is accompanied by mechanics, Brian Mc Ilroy, Andrew Kelly and Matthew Meharg.

The team provide an effective after sales, maintenance and repair service.
This ensures that jobs can be turned round in the quickest time possible therefore keeping the downtime incurred by farmers and contractors to an absolute minimum.

All new John Deere machines have a 12 month warranty. Each customer is notified approximately one month before the warranty expires to ensure any relevant servicing is completed before the expiry date.

Each service technician regularly attends factory training to provide an efficient service and maintain an up to date knowledge of latest technology.

An emergency out of hours repair service is also provided to customers with accounts.

If a machine breaks down in the field a fully trained mechanic will come and carry out the necessary emergency repairs on site.
